Teas and Their Health Properties
Tea is a great way to naturally heal ailments from stomach problems to inflammation. Different teas and tisanes and the combinations of them allow you to tailor your tea to your needs. Tea is actually derived from the Camellia Sinensis plant. All teas derive from this plant and are picked during different times of the harvest to get us the different types. Tisanes are herbs, leaves, seeds, barks, etc that are brewed by themselves or added to tea to give added benefits to you. So, how do each of these teas and tisanes work to benefit you? Let’s take a look.
