10 Prompts for Gratitude Journaling
Gratitude Journaling can improve mood by enhancing empathy and self-esteem as well as lowering envy and resentment. Lastly, it improves mental resilience by helping us manage stress and cope with trauma. So my challenge to you today is to begin your journey of having an attitude of gratitude by journaling. If you need a little push, then you can start by using one of these prompts.
What freedoms are you most thankful for?
Write a thank you letter to someone who helped you this week
What made you smile today?
What do you love about your life?
What is something good that has happened in the past week?
What is the best gift that you have ever received?
How is your life better now than it was a year ago?
Who is your bestie and why?
What is one accomplishment you are proud of?
What skill are you thankful for?
