Happy National Gin and Tonic Day! Featuring: Sexy AF Gin + Fever Tree Tonic Water

Hello, and welcome to this weeks episode of Mindful Mocktails. This week we are making what I call the Sweet + Tart Gin and Tonic featuring Sexy AF ViirGiin.

Sexy AF was founded by Jo-Anne Reynolds who wanted a great tasting alcohol free spirit. One of these being their take on gin which offers a sweet flavor. We paired this gin with Fever Tree’s Lemon Tonic Water.

Sweet+ Tart Gin + Tonic

The Gin and Tonic is a classic cocktail comprised of … well… one part gin to two parts tonic. It is created in a highball glass and garnished with lime slices.

Level: Easy

Prep Time: 5 min

Active Time: 5 min

Total Time: 10 min

Yields: One - 6 oz Serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces gin

  • 4 ounces tonic water

  • Garnish: 2 lime wheels

Directions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice

  2. Add the gin.

  3. Top with the tonic water and gently stir.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
