Hello, and welcome to this weeks episode of Mindful Mocktails. This week we are making an earthy and refreshing Cucumber Gin + Tonic using Monday Gin and Fever Tree Tonic Water.

Cucumber Gin + Tonic

The Gin and Tonic is a classic cocktail comprised of … well… one part gin to two parts tonic. It is created in a highball glass and garnished with lime slices.

Prep Time: 5 min

Active Time: 5 min

Total Time: 10 min

Yields: One - 6 oz Serving


Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Monday Gin

  • 4 ounces Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic Water

  • Garnish: 2 Cucumber Wheels

Directions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice

  2. Add the gin.

  3. Top with the tonic water and gently stir.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
