My Mental and Physical Goals for #SOS19

(Summer of Shenanigans)

  1. Hike a waterfall


  2. Go to a pole dancing class


  3. Go outside during lunch #freshair


  4. Go clubbing to let off some pent up aggression. #dance


  5. Get up and get dressed before noon on Saturdays.

    1. This has slowly become a problem…


  6. Buy an essential oil diffuser to help meditate


  7. Begin writing in my journal because I need a healthy way to vent.

That’s it! Small goals because small wins should be celebrated too.
