Did you know plants are a great way to teach yourself self-care? Whether you are a new plant mom or a seasoned plant mom, we can learn a few things form our floral babies.
Consider Environmental Conditions
Just like different flowers bloom in different environments, so will you. So when you start your growth journey, think about where you are. Do you live in an area that promotes the lifestyle that you want to live? Is your current office environment conducive to your growth?
Select Seeds
When you choose your seeds, you choose what to grow. In the same manner, you have to choose what type of growth you want in your life.
Choose a Potting Mix
Your potting mix is what supports and promotes the growth of seeds. So should you surround yourself with friends and supporters who encourage your growth.
Water wisely.
A plant will start dying when it is overwatered. Signs of its decay are its ways of setting boundaries. Know when enough is enough and set boundaries with those around you. This will keep you from decaying
Fertilize yourself.
When you fertilize your plants, you invest in its health. So should you invest in your health through self care.
Take time to learn about your plant
When you grow a plant, you learn its needs, boundaries, and the type of care it needs. You should do the same for yourself.
Keep Pests Away
As you begin to grow, you will have bugs come. These bugs can either be good or bad for the plant. When you grow, there will new people coming into your life. Some with try and take advantage of you while others wil help you grow. Get rid of the bad pest.
Prune Yourself and Weed out your garden.
Growing comes with its own sets of trials and tribulations. What you dont want is to hold yourself back. That is why it is important to weed out bad habits and prune yourself.
