How To Prioritize Task
Prioritizing tasks can be a bit challenging. However when we begin to prioritize tasks, the few things will happen
You become more productive
You become better at managing your time
You are more assured that the most important goals are met first
So, when you are ready to easily and efficiently plan out your tasks, here is how to do so!
Start by creating this chart:
You’ll place each task in the box that corresponds to its combination of urgency and importance. After that is done, Here’s the rule of thumb for these task:
Urgent and Important - You want to do these ASAP
Not Urgent and Important - Put these on your calendar
Urgent and Not Important - Find someone who can help with these task
Not Urgent and Not Important - Put it off for a week
And boom! You’re tasks are now prioritized and you’re ready to take on the day or week.
