Trying to figure out what to eat every night is easily the hardest decision to make as an adult. Take some of that burden off yourself with my 6X4 method. For the next 26 weeks, you will choose one of the six items below to eat at least four times. This will give you 24 weeks of meals and two weeks for rest/vacation. I’ve been using this method for four years now and it has not failed me yet.
