The Seven Wellbeings

 

When we think of health, our minds immediately go to working out and eating healthy. However, this does not give you the full picture. Your physical health is one of seven interwoven elements of your life that contributes to your wellness as a whole. The seven elements, or as I call them Seven Wellbeings are:

Career Wellbeing focuses on how you make money and whether or not you like how you make money.

Education Wellbeing is about using learning as a part of your growth.

Mental Wellbeing is about how we think, feel, and act and how those influence our day to day interactions

Physical Wellbeing is about taking care of your body, inside and out.

Social Wellbeing focuses on creating and maintaining healthy relationships with your friends and family. 

Relationship Wellbeing focuses on creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with your significant other

Financial Wellbeing focuses on learning how to become financially literate and manage your assets. 

Most of us prioritize one or two of these on a daily basis, but in doing so we damage our wellbeing. This will wear you down overtime. By strengthening our health in any of these areas, you will be getting more out of life. Finding a harmony between all seven will guarantee you are living your best life.
