How to use Social Media As A Tool For Learning

First I want to say that IF SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT BRINGING YOU JOY, GET OFF SOCIAL MEDIA. With that being said, let’s talk about learning on social media. We love a good tweet, TikTok, and reel, but how can we use this as a tool to learn and improve? Last blog, I gave you my favorite Tik Tokers. Today, I am going to teach you how to find your own.

Well it’s simple: hashtags. Using hashtags to find exactly what you need and begin to follow pages who focus on teaching or putting out information. Follow these pages and prioritize engaging with these pages so that they show up more often on your feed. 

If you’re in a Clubhouse , really streamline your hallway to rooms. This means instead of following every celebrity on the app, follow people hosting rooms where information is flowing. 

Tik tok, follow the pages that are teaching you how to cook or how to sew, any how to page really.

And finally Youtube, since Youtube is under Google ownership, it can be used as a search engine and your results will be optimized. This means you can find literally anything you want, especially tutorials and “how to’s”
