Yoga

There are plenty of places to learn yoga. First, if you have a cell phone, then there are apps like Daily Yoga, Pocket Yoga, and Yoga Studio that you can download. If Youtube is more of your drift, then Yoga with Adrienne is for you! She has a great series for beginners called “Foundations of Yoga” which breaks down the benefits of poses and basic alignment. Lastly, if you already have a gym membership, check with your gym to see if they hold classes on Yoga. Most gyms do.

Blogging

So blogging may not be exactly free, but it is relatively inexpensive. I myself have written a quick guide to starting a blog which you can find here. It lays out all of the resources I used, most of which are free.

Graphic Design

Youtube, like always, is a great way to start. Three channels I recommend are Will Patterson and Teela Cunningham. If you need help training your eye then Canva is a great way to get started with hundreds of free templates. And if you are looking for more technical reads 99 Design is a great way to start.

Typing

Speedtyping.com is a great way to learn how to improve those typing skills. They have free lessons that prepare you for that last minute report typing.
